Return and Refund Policy
At Silk Stories, every saree is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final.
No Returns We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.
No Refunds Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour variation due to screen display differences. Slight variations in weave, texture, or colour are inherent to handloom and silk fabrics and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event with 360degree video (from start to end with out gaps in between the video) that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- Clear Video & photographs of the damage/defect
We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
