At Silk Stories, we ensure every saree reaches you with the same care and reverence it was crafted with.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays)
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once dispatched

Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹10000
- Standard shipping: ₹110
- Express International shipping: ₹2800
Packaging Each saree is tissue-wrapped and packed in a branded box to protect the fabric, zari, and weave during transit.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our website under My Orders.
Delays & Exceptions Delivery timelines may be affected during peak seasons, festivals, or due to courier delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in such cases.
